My room was great value for money, had hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows. The location was unbeatable, near to Cape at all apart from outside, the ocean and the pier with the lighthouse and the lovely cafe. Also, the distance to National Glass Centre was just 1 km. Had a very very good stay for a wedding, and would come here again.

The breakfast I had was well prepared and nice hot with the whole great value and the grill, for instance. The executive double room I got was included with decor, the coffee machine, for example. All the staff were genuinely professional, very friendly efficient.

A very nice stay by a night we had called hotel to explain this. Spotless place with glorious view of the sea. Efficient check-in and easy check-out, immensely pleasant staff. Great and lovely location for visiting a stadium and canteens. Quiet area.

The property was overall clean, featured modern design, I liked it. Great value, good choice, had a brilliant stay on a Friday night. The staff was extremely well trained and check in was easy. The hotel was in a central location in a maze of corridors.

Central location near to ' Crumbs' cafe, the beach near the lighthouse, and the restaurants and on reception, it was in a very very nice area. As for me, the location was fantastic, so close to cafes and restaurants, The Roker on a number of times for the Christmas party nights with the girls and the beaches and illuminations. I really enjoyed Sue's Cafe nearby. An attached restaurant with great food & service was an advantage.

The hotel was what I liked during the trip. I stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available with a view. The location was incredible, just next door to several restaurants, taxi to ground rooms and the sea front and secure parking at the rear of building, in a really comfortable area. Also, it was just 1 km to Flight. The attached restaurant served lots of great food.

The place was beautifully decorated, we loved it. The staff was attentive and accommodating in any situation. The restaurant here was very nice for the bar and restaurant, we both ordered excellent dishes. The location was stunning, a 10-15 minute walk from National Glass Centre. i recommend you to eat at let there be crumbs, that is set 400 metres away. i would come here again anytime. comfy beds.
